RESERVATION PROCESS:
A 100% advance payment is required to confirm your chosen date.
Due to exceptionally high demand, the payment deadline is 24 hours.
If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation is automatically considered cancelled and the date is released for the next interested guests.
Your booking is confirmed once both of the following conditions are met:
1. The payment has been completed, or—if you have a gift voucher—you have sent us a photo/file of the voucher.
2. You have received our official booking confirmation by e-mail.

By purchasing any service, you agree to our General Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
1. All reservations are non-refundable.
Up to 15 days before arrival: free date change / free cancellation.
In case of timely cancellation, the payment is not refunded; instead, you receive a credit in the form of a gift voucher, valid for one year, which you may use yourself or gift to someone else.
The date can be changed free of charge up to 2 times.
2. Less than 15 days before arrival:
The full amount of the reservation is charged.
Date changes or rescheduling are no longer possible.
The guest is charged 100% of the total price.
In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, 100% of the reservation value is charged without exception.
The 15-day cancellation policy applies to all reasons, including all cases of force majeure, without any exceptions
(for example, but not limited to: illness, accident, pregnancy-related complications, war, earthquake, flood, natural disaster, snow blockage, death, epidemic or pandemic, etc.).
For any cancellation made later than 15 days before arrival, the prepaid amount cannot be used at a later date and the full reservation amount is charged in all cases.
3. For all public holidays, school holidays (winter holidays, spring holidays), and special dates such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, etc., the cancellation period is 60 days.
4. If you are no longer able to use your reservation and the free cancellation/change period has passed, we allow another person to use your stay instead of you (parents, friends, acquaintances).
You must find the replacement guest yourself.
Please notify us in advance of the name of the person who will arrive and the estimated time of arrival.
5. All cancellation conditions also apply to gift voucher holders.
In case of late cancellation or late date change, the voucher is considered redeemed.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
We do not refund money for issued gift vouchers.
Payment of a voucher’s cash value is not possible.
Each gift voucher is valid for one year.
